We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Grocery Store Supervisor to lead and support teams across multiple shifts in our Destin, FL location.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of 50+ employees across departments
Ensure production and inventory goals are met daily
Monitor and improve operational efficiency across multiple shifts
Communicate effectively with team members and upper management
Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and quality
Schedule & Shift Details:
Must be available for 1st (7 AM – 4 PM), 2nd (2 PM – 11 PM), or 3rd (10 PM – 7 AM) shift
Weekend availability is REQUIRED
Flexible scheduling within a rotating shift structure
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting at $21/hour, 40 hours/week
Paid weekly

Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience in a grocery or distribution environment is required
Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
Comfortable managing large teams and working in a fast-moving setting
Must be dependable, organized, and results-driven
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs as part of daily responsibilities
